Good gumbo takes a while to make but it is well worth the effort! This seafood gumbo is loaded with shrimp, crab, smoked sausage, onions, garlic, bell peppers, tomatoes, spices …….. What I love about this gumbo is that the roux gives just the right amount of richness and color and allows all the other flavors to shine through.
