"Crawfish Marilyn" recipe is a happy surprise - a recipe that came together spontaneously and didn't need any further tweaking (although I tried anyway).
This dish features bow tie pasta and crawfish tails in a spicy cream sauce filled with onions,bell peppers and celery. The red, green and yellow peppers make this a very attrative and festive dish.
