Every year in October we stay two weeks with Craig's uncle and aunt while we participate in the Shreveport "Red River Revel Art Show". Aunt Vi is a true southern lady and we always look forward to the breakfasts and dinners she prepares during our visit. A few years ago she made a delicious cheese soufflé for breakfast and served it in a beautiful ceramic casserole dish. Aunt Vi graciously shared her recipe for "Easy Cheese Soufflé" and I was surprised at how such basic ingredients and simple preparation create such an elegant dish. |
