"Perfect Pecan Pie" is a classic Southern desert and a great use of our Louisiana pecan crop.This pecan pie recipe has a rich dense filling of toasted pecans, sugar, cream and eggs. I’ve always had good luck with the recipe (no runny filling or soggy crust).
