		What could be better than Crawfish and Cornbread? My oldest son loves this dish and he doesn’t even like cornbread! I wanted the flavors to focus on crawfish and traditional Louisiana flavors, so unlike many of the other recipes I’ve seen, this recipe doesn't include corn, cheese or jalapenos. -Leslie Routh This recipe is featured on back of the Christmas Chorus Line and the Tiger Stadium Christmas card design.
