Fix a pot of Shrimp and Corn Soup and serve with French bread and salad for a quick and delicious meal. Just writing about this soup made my taste buds start working overtime, so I ran into the house to see if I had shrimp in the freezer. Luckily I did, so we are having soup tonight! One of the things I love about this soup and my Spicy Chicken soup is that you can quickly make a big pot with just a few ordinary ingredients that are usually on hand in the kitchen.
