This “Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya” recipe is in the Cajun style, often called brown jambalaya instead of the Creole style (red jambalaya) which uses tomatoes and seafood. Jambalaya is great Louisiana dish that is perfect for feeding large crowds and is a popular choice for tailgating parties.
