I absolutely love this praline recipe because it has a great toasted pecan and caramel flavor with a wonderful balance of creamy and sugary texture. New Orleans is famous for its delicious praline candy and once you bite into one and experience that “melt in your mouth” taste you’ll know why. Making pralines is really very simple, and it only takes about 15 minutes to make a small batch, but there is a learning curve in pouring them out at the right moment.
